Why I made this game
Now that video calls are part of everyday work, most of us know the feeling: your camera is on, you're nodding along, and just below the frame your hands are up to something else entirely. And then your manager clears his throat, and you sit up straight. This game is that tiny jolt of panic, turned into something you can play.
There's only one rule: you slack off while you hold, and you look attentive when you let go. You can play without reading anything, and a round is over in a minute, so it's easy to squeeze in "just one more" on a break or a commute. To keep it fair, Greg always clears his throat before he looks at you. And if you do get removed from the meeting, I hope the 1:1 invite at least makes you laugh.
About the game's content
The company, the meeting and everyone in this game (Greg, Jess, Tyler, Alex and so on) are fictional. The game doesn't encourage slacking off in real meetings. Please actually listen in your meetings.
